Dreaming at the Edge
Dreamwork and Council for Impactful Response

“The work of the eyes is done. Go now and do the heart-work on the images imprisoned within you.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
What is Dreaming at the Edge?
In a "post-truth" world of algorithms and AI bots, as we wake up to the many ways our minds, bodies, and souls are shaped by external forces and narratives, it is more important than ever to cultivate tools of self-sovereignty. Beneath all the conditioned inputs, in the quiet places of the psyche, we are already whole and aware, already dreaming alive our own unique story of Life.
In this digitally-driven timeplace, dreamwork is one of the most powerful tools we have in the preservation and flourishing of our own, and each other's, consciousness. While media manipulation and political agendas construct outrage and enact violence, a deeper voice offers whispered guidance in the form of intuition, dreams, and synchronicites. No matter what daily distractions we're captured by, the Real in each of us knows where we are, and how to respond to these times.
Dreaming at the Edge is a six week cohort blending individual and collective dreamwork and embodiment practices, the way of council, and poetry to engage the river of soul and what it is asking of us at this historical moment. Beginning with an introduction to dreamwork and an exploration of our own personal dreams, we will then move toward the collective unconscious, considering shared themes, myths, and images that are showing up in our dreams. The course will conclude with considerations for integration and embodiment; how do we more fully live the truth of the deep psyche into this dimension?
This course will happen on six consecutive Wednesday evenings at 6:00 - 8:00 pm EST beginning July 15th
